Public procurement monitoring for Romania. Indexes over 100 GB of tender data.
- monitorul.ai
Romanian parliamentary transcripts, searchable and citable. 535,000+ speeches from 5,560 sessions, pulled verbatim from Official Gazette PDFs and coded under four published discourse frameworks (Hawkins populism, V-Party anti-pluralism, DQI deliberative quality, voice attribution), with every marker anchored to its quote. Open source, with an MCP server for AI assistants.

4.1 million Romanian companies, active and struck off, on one searchable map. Around 90% of the code was written in six weeks with AI agents under a harness of 20,000+ automated tests.
- Asset declarations
Every asset and interest declaration Romanian officials filed between 2022 and 2024: 2.85 million documents from 805,000 officials, read automatically and cross-checked against the company registry and public contracts. The checks follow the World Bank's risk-indicator guide and surface 39,730 high-intensity leads, none presented as a finding. Publication stopped in 2025, so this is the last complete public archive.

Design-system evals for teams shipping with coding agents. Compiles Figma, Storybook and code into one JSON contract, hands agents that context over MCP, and blocks a pull request when the code drifts from it. Open source.
- Scrooge
Where did London's money go? All 33 boroughs publish every payment over £500, as CSVs in 33 different layouts on 33 different websites. Scrooge loads them into one Postgres table and puts a chat agent in front that answers with the rows behind each answer. Built at the Tech Europe agentic AI hack in September 2026. Open source.
