These terms cover your use of the Ambit Labs website at ambitlabs.ai and explain how we take on client work. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by Ambit Labs Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

2. What we do

Ambit Labs is an applied AI consultancy. We design, build and run language-model systems for clients in any industry that handles sensitive data. Our work includes:

We do not currently offer a self-service product or user accounts through this website.

The website describes our work and the people behind it. Its content is general information. It is not legal, financial or professional advice, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time without notice.

We measure how the website is used with cookieless analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and cannot recognise you between visits. What it records and how to switch it off is set out in our privacy policy.

4. Client engagements

Consulting work is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work or services agreement, signed by Ambit Labs Ltd and the client. That agreement sets out scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality, data handling, ownership of deliverables and liability. Where it conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence. These terms do not on their own create a client relationship or any obligation on us to perform services.

The text, design and code of the website belong to Ambit Labs Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce or republish them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The website links to projects built by our founders, including SICAP.pro, monitorul.ai, harta-firmelor.ro and Primitiv. Those names and projects belong to their respective owners, and the links are provided for reference only.

Ownership of deliverables produced in a client engagement is set out in that engagement's agreement.

The website links to external sites, including LinkedIn, GitHub and the projects listed above. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

The website is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or up to date.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ambit Labs Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

Liability in connection with client work is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the website.
